Terra Vanzant Stern, PhD., PMP, SPHR/GPHR. is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and the principal of SSD Global Solutions, Inc. She has held a number of board positions to include: Chair, ASQ Lean Enterprise Division, Chair, Strategy and Development for Colorado Human Resource Association, Chair, ASQ Denver, Chair, Rocky Mountain Quality Conference and Curriculum Chair for Projects with Industry (who worked placing developmentally disabled adults in the workforce community).
Dr. Stern is a USAF veteran who has written several books and articles on problem solving, process improvement and leadership. Her most recent books, Lean and Agile Project Management and Lean Six Sigma: International Standards and Global Guidelines are available in bookstores and Amazon.com.
She has worked with George Washington University, Baker University and CSU developing programs in the areas of practical statistics, leadership and critical thinking. Her newest work focuses on the area of Lean Negotiations with an anticipated release date of early 2018. All of her programs are fun and entertaining to the student and draw from several different adult learning theories.
Other publications by Dr. Stern include: Lean Six Sigma: Practical Bodies of Knowledge, HR Concepts for Project Managers, Leaders Asleep at the Wheel and her dissertation: "The Paradox of Corporate Darwinism - Why the Fittest Don't Always Succeed in Corporate America."

Theresa Falance, has spent more than 25 years consulting with organizations to improve the performance of individuals and systems using change management, process improvement, and technology insertion. She has spent more than ten years consulting within Federal Agencies. Ms. Falance was Program Manager for projects up to $9M and staffed up to 98 employees and consultants. She serves as a solutions architect and capture manager for Human Capital and Process Improvement Opportunities. Her experience includes designing and implementing adult learning programs including training, job rotation, mentoring programs, and performance metrics. Throughout her career, Theresa Falance has had teaching engagements, most notably as adjunct professor at Georgetown and George Mason Universities. Ms. Falance holds a Masters of Business in Human Performance and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business in Organizational Development.
Richard JWells, PhD
Richard J. Wells, has participated at all levels of SSD Global Solutions operations to include facilitating the accelerated workshops developed by Dr. Terra Vanzanrt Stern and the PMP accelerated programs developed by Dr. Malcomb Bourne.
Richard has been a Senior Account Representative for Deloitte and Accenture. He will be heading up our new US Veteran's program where physically disabled veterans attend our programs free of charge and do projects for the non-profit community.
Mr. Pahlke has a background that includes in-depth experience in both the private and public sectors in line positions and consulting assignments involving various technologies. With over forty years of industry experience, the past seventeen years has focused on large-scale project planning and management but assignments have also included PMO start-ups, technology assessment, data center management, and project management training.
Certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Green Belt Six Sigma and ITIL V3 Foundation.
Mr. Mais has over 35 years experience with Fortune 500 companies in sales, marketing, training, and business development in various senior leadership positions. He is currently the Director of Marketing for Ricoh Corporation in the technology sector. He leads their Project Management office and curriculum development team for the Marketing organization. His experience includes leading a wide array of cross-functional process improvement and project management initiatives in the public and private sectors. Mark also served for 15 years on a non-profit Board in the Colorado area. His certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), and Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+). He also has an IT for Sales certification from CompTIA.
