Your Leaner Six Sigma Training will begin with 5 days of classroom training where you will develop: A comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma, working understanding of the DMAIC Methodology, Analytical Problem-Solving Skills, Introduction to Statistical Process Control, Lean Six Sigma Roles and Responsibilities, Project Charter Development, and Project Reporting – Creating Lean Six Sigma Documentation.
Once you have completed your classroom training (phase one) you will login to your student portal account and will complete 9 informational homework modules and your online exam. These homework modules are self-paced and fully online. Once you have successfully completed your exam you will move into phase three where you will work 1-on-1 with a project mentor from SSD Global Solutions who will help you complete and document two process improvement projects and a Lean Six Sigma whitepaper.
Your three days of classroom training will be your phase one requirements. After your classroom training, you will move into phase two where you will complete 9 homework modules and your exam. After successfully completing your exam you will move into phase three where you will complete two process improvement project with the help of one of our project mentors. You will also write and publish a Lean Six Sigma Whitepaper.
Students have 4 months to become certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
