Description
This is a unique opportunity for students who have significant process improvement or project management background and who want to move quickly from Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt certification through Master Black Belt certification. Students are considered for this program on a one-on-one basis and must meet all criteria to attend. This class is perfect for consultants or individuals interested in building an internal LSS Department.

- ISO Basics Including ISO 13053
- Rapid Improvement (Kaizen) Events
- Determining/Defending Tangible and Intangible ROI
Who Should Attend?
Lean Six Sigma or Six Sigma Black Belts interested in consulting or taking a leadership role in their company. Please be sure to secure approval for placement in this class. PMP, LSS Green Belts by Reputable Vendor OR those with strong process improvement or quality engineering backgrounds generally qualify.
Post Workshop Requirements:
Assignment varies by individual student and is customized.
Time required to complete various assignments: 4-6 months or work students,
shorter for non-working students. Examples may include:
- building curriculum
- designing a Lean Six Sigma workshop
- performing a needs assessment, etc.
Post workshop requirements for Master Black Belt candidates are designed to fill any
gaps in Black Belt education and to enhance Master Black Belt knowledge.
